RoboTech srl - CompanyRoboTech srl is an academic spin-off company of the Scuola Superiore Sant’Anna, a public University in Pisa (Italy), pursuing excellence in research and in undergraduate, graduate and doctoral education. RoboTech srl was founded by a Research Assistant and an Assistant Professor of Biomedical Robotics at the ARTS Lab (Advanced Robotics Technology and Systems Laboratory) of the Scuola Superiore Sant'Anna. The mission of RoboTech srl is entertainment and educational robotics. The expertise of RoboTech srl derives from the experience in research carried out at the ARTS Lab in the areas of Biomedical Engineering, Biomedical Robotics, Neuro-Robotics and Humanoid Robotics. The expertise of RoboTech srl is in electronic design and development, software design and development, integration of robotic systems, design and development of systems for acquisition and processing of sensory data, design and development of ICT facilities based on main existing standards. Specific experiences are in the design, development and integration of robotic systems for entertainment and education, including the development of perceptual systems (ultrasonic, visual, auditory) and Bluetooth communication facilities.
