ROBOTECH DESIGNS AND DEVELOPS ELECTRONIC BOARDS FOR THIRD PARTIES: FROM CONCEPTION TO PRODUCTION LINE.
ROBOTECH designs and develops electronic boards tailored to customer requirements, taking care of the hardware side, from the circuit schematics to production files; and the software side, from defining the specifications to the final debug of the firmware. Using the most advanced CAD and software development tools, ROBOTECH supports its clients from concept to completion of the first samples and final mass production. For samples and small productions ROBOTECH can assemble circuit boards very quickly and support clients in large-scale production if necessary, with specialist out-sourcing in Italy or abroad.
ROBOTECH DESIGNS AND DEVELOPS EMBEDDED VOICE RECOGNITION SOLUTIONS, EITHER SPEAKER DEPENDENT OR SPEAKER INDEPENDENT.
In addition to its own products , under Tigal/VeeaR brand, ROBOTECH designs and develops custom voice recognition applications. As the sole design house of Sensory in Europe, ROBOTECH designs electronic boards for embedded voice recognition, speaker dependent and speaker independent, in the most common languages (English, Italian, French, German, Spanish, Japanese, Chinese, Korean, Arabic etc.).

ROBOTECH DESIGNS AND CREATES ROBOT SOLUTIONS FOR SPECIFIC APPLICATIONS.
ROBOTECH designs and manufactures service robots or automation solutions tailored to the customer, assists in defining specifications and takes care of every stage of development, from hardware and software design, including aesthetic design if required, to integration and assembly of the prototype and field testing. ROBOTECH has experience in developing sensory systems, supervision and control systems, autonomous navigation, human-robot interaction mechanisms and user interfaces. With its skills and expertise, ROBOTECH can develop any kind of prototype in a very short time, from toys to more complex robots, using also rapid 3D prototyping or mechanical workshops.
Edutainment robot: I-Droid
When robotics educates and entertains at the same time, it’s known as Edutainment Robotics, where the technology is used for both amusement and for learning; not just in the field of robotics itself, but also for maths, computer science, physics, philosophy, etc.; available for schools and students at any level. I-Droid, the robot designed for DeAgostini, is the embodiment of this principle: on the one hand, the purpose of the do-it-yourself assembly kit and the work it involves was to teach about robots, what their main components are (control, sensors and actuators), how to program them and about the history of robots and the state-of-the-art of robots in the world today; on the other hand, I-Droid was created to interact with its users, to entertain and amuse them. It is a product for everyone and has been a worldwide success.
VEHICLE AUTOMATION: BOMAG COMPACTOR
ROBOTECH has developed a project in collaboration with Belvedere SpA at the landfill site in Peccioli (Pisa, Italy): the automatisation of a Bomag compactor, which after a simple process for defining the working area, can operate autonomously with remote monitoring. The project has made a clearly positive impact: savings (in terms of manual labour and fuel), optimisation of the task, operator re-training (leading to a less alienating job).
